27 Mar KEYBOARDS IN CELEBRATION AND THE ”SEMAINE DU NEUF”

Second to last day of La Semaine du Neuf, now a reference event in Montreal’s cultural landscape for what concerns creative music. We are in concert around a program in homage to Claude Vivier and highlighting different percussion keyboards, including the piano. Thanks to our guest Pamela Reimer, we were able to build a dynamic program around works by Claude Vivier, Gyorgy Ligeti, but also works by Vivier arranged by Pierre Béluse, without forgetting a creation by Chris Paul Harman, a composer with whom we had already collaborated for our program “Point de fusion” with the Evergreen Club Contemporary Gamelan ensemble in 2022.
